Anglicare’s Emergency Relief Centres are a dedicated place for elderly people to go when they are in crisis.

, we do this work because it is needed – because as a Christian organisation it is our mission and responsibility to support every person in our community – especially those in need.

We are here to protect and provide for those in the greatest of need. We help the homeless and the sick, the elderly and the poor.

But as you know, 9 Emergency Relief Centres across Sydney doesn’t come close to filling the gap. As you read this, we have to turn away 50% of people that come to us for help, because of a lack of funding.

That’s why we are thrilled to make your acquaintance . Together we can do more. Together you and we can do more. Together, as a Christian community, we can reach more of the people that are struggling.

To reach more people, we work closely with all of the Anglican churches and congregations across Sydney to help people in need because we know that Jesus sees infinite value in each and every person, and so do we.
