Anglicare’s emergency relief centres are a dedicated place to go for women and their children when they flee violence.

, we do this work because it is needed – because as a Christian organisation it is our mission and responsibility to support every person in our community – especially those in need.

We are here to protect and provide for Women when they are most in need. We help the homeless and the sick, the elderly and the poor.

But as you know, 9 Emergency Relief Centres across Sydney doesn’t come close to filling the gap. As you read this, we have to turn away 50% of the women and children that come to us for help because there isn’t enough funding to help them all.

That’s why we are thrilled to make your acquaintance . Together we can do more. Together, as a community, we can reach more of the people that are struggling.
